| Those with water based jarrariums - do you do water changes? Posted: 05 Jun 2022 12:43 PM PDT Sort of semi made one unintentionally (putting some pest snails from my tank into a jar with some plants I had because I didn't want to kill them) and now I'm interested in turning this accidental jarrarium into an intentional one but I'm confused as to whether or not you do water changes? Very curious. I have pond snails and would like to add shrimp culls (once my shrimp start breeding) to the jarrarium as well so I'd assume water changes are needed correct? Or is it just sort of a 'test the water and see if it's needed' thing if there's enough plants? [link] [comments] |
