New nems

Posted: 08 Oct 2021 07:52 PM PDT

Moving on from the hobby after 2+ years. Time for a break.

Posted: 08 Oct 2021 07:04 PM PDT

I checked the rules but please let me know if this isn't allowed. I'm just trying to find someone looking for an upgrade or a start in the hobby.

Sad but time. I no longer have time or desire to stay close to my tank anymore and it's not worth it or fair for my inhabitants.

Several still looking good and the rest of the decorations and all equipment. Tank has been running for 2+ years with plenty of coralline and established otherwise just has low No3 for a little while now. Rough list is below:

75g glass tank Wooden stand 10g ATO reservoir and 3 sensor system RF-100 sump S-120 skimmer BRS dual reactor UV light custom plumbed to fit in space Dual 65w Viparspectra lights on custom mount Dual Eflux powerhead M/s pair 60-80lbs live rock Blue hippo tang Black occelaris male clown Storm female clown Dwarf flame angel Other misc items

Open to offers to anyone in the Lehigh valley area of PA and surrounding. Working on getting some pictures linked.

15g nano reef tank need a protein skimmer?

Posted: 08 Oct 2021 08:37 PM PDT

Checked out the nano reef sub and it seemed to be dead, so thought I'd ask here. I'm currently putting together a 15g cube nano reef tank, and I'm getting all of my ducks in a row. I'm pretty sure I have my filtration covered, but want to be sure if I need to look into a nano protien skimmer as well. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Goby thieves

Posted: 08 Oct 2021 05:36 PM PDT

My gobies took $150 worth of zoa frags into their cave and sealed it up for the night (lights are out). Anyone think it will be a problem if I wait until tomorrow to dig them out? Stress the fish or stress the coral. This hobby is a lot some times.

Can you please help me identify what coral this is? Completely forgot the name (yes, I’m new to the reef life)

Long Aquarium Suggestions

Posted: 08 Oct 2021 09:51 PM PDT

I'm looking for a 30-40 gallon long aquarium that is rimless and pre-drilled.

Does anyone have a brand in mind? Should I just go for a custom built tank?

Hey guys does this hammer look okay to you guys. I've had it for about a month and recently it just seems kinda deflated. Parameters are all good. It just doesn't seem as fill and open.

[FTS] Since my last "Full Tank Shot", added LED accent lights to back of track. I think I'm addicted to this hobby.
