| Posted: 02 Jun 2021 12:16 PM PDT First time shrimp mom. Brought home my new shrimp kiddos yesterday to a nice big cycled tank, plenty of hiding spaces and good food ready to go. Acclimated them with the drip method, all was going well. Then despair the next morning as I found them all belly up at the bottom of the tank. I scooped up the remains and disposed of them. I was so upset and wondered where I went wrong. Imagine my surprise later today when I see all my shrimp zooming around the tank. Zombie shrimp??? Nope. In all my excitement, I totally forgot that shrimp molt. [link] [comments] | ||

| Posted: 02 Jun 2021 04:27 PM PDT Spotted this guy in my tank and was surprised to see the difference in colors. Tank is mostly medium grade cherries, but there are a few wild types and green jades. [link] [comments] |
