Where can I buy koi fry? Posted: 14 Jun 2021 11:38 AM PDT I'm moving to a new home and I really want to have a tank with koi fry, to raise them from as young as possible and then move them to an outside pond. Butterfly koi are some of my favorite, anyone know where I can get them very very young? I don't mind shipping from further away, I'll be living in the Northwest. Anything helps! Do I have too many fish in my pond? Posted: 14 Jun 2021 06:25 PM PDT Hello. The conservative measurements of my pond lead me to believe that it is between 1200 and 1800 gallons. It's roughly 13 x 6 and 2.5 feet deep. I have 20 goldfish (2-4 inches), 2 koi (4 inches), 4 shubunkin (1-2 inches) and a ton of tiny mosquito fish/minnows. Anyone have any insight on how to become a Koi dealer? Posted: 14 Jun 2021 12:58 PM PDT I love this hobby so much. Lately I've been thinking to import some Koi to Canada to sell. I came to this thought after looking for my own koi. Many of which were extremely hard to find here. I want to educate people on care\quality while selling. I'm planning to build 3 indoor ponds in the garage. I also have a plan to maintain the temps throughout the winter. How would I import live koi?
