One Koi acting lethargic, not eating, need advice…

We have three koi fish and 12 goldfish in an outdoor pond. Recently, we had the pond cleaned out and the water was clear and all seemed well.

However, a few days ago the water turned a murky-brown color. Since then, one of our koi moves very slowly, has seemed to quit eating, stays away from the other fish, lays at the bottom of the pond, and his coloring has gotten a lot lighter. We took a jar of the water out and it's clear.

All of the other fish are doing just fine and acting normal as per usual. It's just the one koi.

Any ideas on what could be causing the one koi to act this away while the others are fine? Any advice is much appreciated.
