| Posted: 19 Nov 2020 02:25 PM PST New to the hobby. Started a nano Walstad tank recently. Cylinder 2 gallon tank only filled halfway (~1 gal of water) with a couple of cherry shrimp. No tech except for a heater. Tank is doing fine but I wonder if the still water is not ideal. Looked into trying to circulate the water somehow but all the pumps I find seem way too powerful. Is there a solution? Should I worry about circulation if the plants and shrimp are doing okay? How do you circulate a 1-3 gallon tank when every pump is rated to move 60+GPH?
