Who doesn’t love a good betta pellet?
White Wizard Trapdoor Snail (Filopaludina martensi) baby grazing on some biofilm. This ones about 1/4 inch but growing fast.
I'm new to keeping snails and new to this subreddit. May I ask what's going on with my Horn Snail's shell?

New mystery snail curled up??

I've kept mystery snails before, but I just recently got a new one today. It's a juvenile (keeping it in a 2 gallon tank for now and then soon transferring to a 5). Has no tank mates, but there's a ton of aquatic plant life in there. Heater and filter work fine, water has been tested and is okay. When I first put the little guy in the water he was moving around and exploring, and he looked super healthy. He even ate a little bit of an algae wafer. However, for the past few hours he has been completely curled up in his shell, resting on a leaf of a plant. None of my past mystery snails have curled up like this, they usually just stay still but I can still see their body. Is this normal? Is it possible he is just in shock from being moved from the store to my tank?
