- Baby mystery snail heart beating through shell.
- RIP to my first ever mystery snail. She's been very slow and quiet over the past few days and i found her this morning dead holding a piece of zucchini - her favourite <3
- A tank of dishes and snails that sits behind my sink of dishes (not pictured for reasons...)
- My new mystery snails seem to be good at sharing their welcome treat.
- This woman claims to be a zoologist and says that Nerite snails have a much shorter lifespan in freshwater than they do in brackish water. I would appreciate thoughts on this since I have Nerites and would hate if this is true.
- This little guy must think it's his birthday or something
- This is my new and first snail. He is smol, but he is mighty. I bring you Sir Bologna.
- Was told you guys may like to see my snails ganging up on the Assassin snail!
- Golden boi be like "This plate is mine, and so is this cup. That mug over there is also mine. I covered it in my slime first, so it's obviously mine." Meanwhile, our others are just chilling on substrate or glass walls.

Posted: 23 Nov 2020 06:30 AM PST hello i was wondering if anyone else has had this experience: i have a betta named carmine and for the first few weeks he seemed depressed. he would hardly eat and spent most of his time in his house or in the back of the tank facing the wall. after doing some research, i found that a mystery snail might be a good tank mate. so i got kirby my blue mystery snail and ever since then carmine has perked up! he eats now and gets excited when i come by to feed him. he never faces the wall and only goes in his house for short periods of time. i think kirby really cheered him up! carmine doesnt seem to like when kirby takes a nap. he gets all up in kirbys grill and may bump into his shell as though he's trying to wake him up!! they get along well and they both seem happy with eachother! i know some bettas attack everything but has anyone had the opposite happen like me?! thanks [link] [comments] | ||
