What all do you guys feed your shrimpy friends? Any fan favorites? Thinking about breeding as well so any specific for that?

What is the earliest you can tell if a RCS shrimp is pregnant?

Posted: 16 Oct 2020 01:40 AM PDT

Looking to gift some female RCS shrimp to a friend but don't want them to breed in their tank - when picking out some from my tank how can I tell if they will become pregnant?

I am aware they are fertile when they have the "saddle" on their back - if I can find female ones without the saddle will that do the job?
