First of all, thank you for taking the time to read this, I know it's long but I'm new to shrimp keeping and really appreciate any help. So I've had my RCS in my community tank with neons and Kuhlis Loaches for about 2 weeks now. They seem to have been doing fine, one of them was berried, one molted a week ago, and I could see saddles in many of them which I thought was a sign of a healthy female. Today, one died. It is still red and there are pretty much no signs of what happened. I should mentioned that multiple shrimp have a small "white ring of death" but other than that they seem to be ok. The rings are not wide or super clear so I thought that it wasn't a big deal. I don't know my gH or kH but pH is about 7.6 temp 84 (dealing with Ich so temp is high) ammonia 0 nitrites 0 nitrates below 10. I use seachem prime, flourish, and I have been dosing imagitarium parasite remedy to try to rid the neons of Ich. It doesn't really seem to be working, that's why I'm turning the tempurature up to ~85 to try to kill the parasites that way. It says to dose 10 mls every other day or split into 2 doses of 5 mls morning and night if you have inverts or sensitive fish, of which I have both. I won't lie, I haven't been following this exactly, I've been doing 5 mls morning and night every single day instead of every other day. The 118 ml bottle is almost empty, so if the temp doesn't work I may just cough up the cash and try Ich x. my ramshorn snails are doing great, they've been laying eggs in crazy high numbers, I'm gonna have hundred of snails soon. A few more things: 1. now that I'm really looking, one shrimp does have quite a large, wide ring of death. 2. The largest female has been swimming around a lot in the past like 15-30 minutes which ik males do when females molt but this one has a saddle. Normally the shrimp don't move around a lot. 3. Some of them have been doing what looks like cleaning their tails, idk if this is a bad sign? Curling up and rubbing their arms on the underside and outside of the tail.

Hope this is okay here. A memorial for the ghost shrimp that hitched a ride in my plants. You were taken from this world too soon. Little pal survived three weeks in an axolotl tank. I loved them

First shrimp scape! Question: is a lily pipe too much, or would a spin pipe be better? (Running co2 for DHG carpet. Tank is 8g) TIA!
