• I fell in love with this guy at the store and couldn’t resist
• Hi! I’m new to the community and I’d like to introduce my bettas! First one is Sephiroth, and the next one is my good boi Noctis :)
• Duncan has been suffering from fin rot for the past few days after he hit his tail on the drive to college. I did a big water change yesterday and added some kanaplex and Indian almond leaves, and today I woke up to no further damage AND a bubble nest!
• I wanted to show off my beautiful new friend I got today, Thomas! He’s a Premium Rose Petal Male Betta!
• Scales.
• Set up this tank a couple months ago with the plans of a nano community. Went to the LFS today to get the first stock after cycling, and couldn’t leave without bringing this one-eyed wonder home with me. I guess now he gets this whole 16 gallon to himself? I’ve got a soft spot for the weirdos

• Update for u/yellowmograce, we have put Cleo in her hospital tank for about 16 hours now and she has been much more active, actually eating, and acting like her normal self. A couple more days of treatment and I think she'll be good as new!
• Mascarpone and his ruffled feathers before they grew even larger and he decided to rip them off.

• What can I add to my females tank to make it more interesting? She is currently living with 2 shrimp that she likes to annoy and a snail. What can I do for her? (Apologies for the messy tank I’m trying to sink that piece of wood)

Sad day. Posted: 30 Sep 2020 05:08 AM PDT Just killed my Betta accidentally. He was almost one year old. I apparently didn't cycle my new tank long enough. Guy at the aquatic supply shop gave me bad advice, and now my sweet George is dead. He and I had gotten so close, that he'd actually let me pet him (with clean hands of course).
