Lump Follow-Up

A few days ago I posted about my juvenile axolotl having a lump on his back. In it I stated he was still active and eating. Now, he's stopped eating, still active, but is now flicking his gills every few seconds. He's also gotta skinnier than before. Right now he's in the fridge, but I'm getting really worried. Any advice?
