Koi got injured, im not sure if it lost a scale or he made a deeper wound. Its a kohaku, and the part where the wound is turned white, will it get its beni back or will it be permanently white?

My new Koi fish gave herself a cut on a body. It doesn't look too big, looks rather kinda small, but definitely looks like it bled a bit around her scales. I got her yesterday and it's a fresh new tank set up. How should I take care of this?
