Posted: 24 Jul 2020 03:30 AM PDT Hi, recently one of my mystery snails have 5-6 egg clutches and 3 of them were actually fertilized and bore baby snails. I only had 4-5 snails in my 10 gallon tank and now I have probably ~50 baby snails and the adult snails in my tank. I can't really relocate them at the moment so I was wondering if anyone on this reddit would like to take them off my hands. Looking to sell either my adults or baby snails to be honest. I'm not sure if this is allowed on this sub-reddit but another reddit page referred me to this page if I was interested in selling/learning how to ship mystery snails. I'm not looking to make a profit or anything, just covering the shipping and proper packaging of the snails would be fine! [link] [comments]

In need of help with cracked shell Posted: 23 Jul 2020 07:46 PM PDT I have a golden mystery snail that I have had for 6 months. Today I was cleaning the tank for my 2 fancy goldfish he is in with. I check all my fish and snails to make sure they aren't sick or injured. I have been checking his chip je has on his shell and I've noticed it hasn't healed but worsened, I have been giving him peas to help because I thought it would. The chip is now deep and I can see him inside his shell and it looks like its spreading, i also think his shell is getting frail. Can I help him with his shell wound? If so how? Posted: 23 Jul 2020 08:58 AM PDT my stepdad has been dealing with an explosion of them in his tank, and I've been planning on adding a snail to my tank. so like, free snails? I'd like to know what type they may be and how to keep a baby snail from getting eaten. should I house it in its own tiny tank until it's large enough? or maybe I can wait and see if any survive and get bigger in his tank? How many ramshorn snails to breed? Posted: 23 Jul 2020 05:32 PM PDT I'm going to order some painted fire red shrimp from aquatic arts and I also want to buy some rams horn snails. They have pink and blue ones. The least I can get for the blue is 3. How many pink should I get? Is 2 enough? I will be putting both in shrimp tanks. Do I have to separate or will they not Inter breed? [link] [comments]
