i just got these koi’s for my new pond yesterday and they’re all together at the bottom of the pond swimming around is that normal?

Hello. I just found this redness on one of my koi fish. Im really concerned for my fellas. The red horizontal 'lines' and the redness under the upper fin. I thought that it could be bacterial? Not sure. I would really appreciate some help and advice. Does it spread on other fish?

Does cleaning your filters regularly actually help to prevent bacterial, fungal incfections and parasite issues or is it just to make the pond water clear

So basically my pond is pretty clear as I clean the filters and skimmer regularly however my fish have been dying from what I think is bacterial and fungal infections.
