- Getting into something a bit more comfortable for the weekend
- Amano babies day 39. 1 survivor out of 150 ish. Currently drip acclimating with fresh tank water to lower ppt and transfer to full fresh water. Should be ready in few hours. Fingers crossed!

- look what i can do shrimp
- I bought this lady as an amano a while ago. Since then she's gotten very dark and doesn't look anything like the other amano in the tank and I've never seen another like her. Any idea what she might be if she isn't an amano?
- Tips on how to replace substrate?
- Is this a bacterial infection?
- PSA to new owners: If you’re not sure if you have males and/or females, give it a few weeks. I bought a pack of juveniles (separate order from babies) and got mostly babies still, so I was confused to why I couldn’t tell my males from my females for so long!
- Cherry shrimp?
- Unda da leaf.
- Prepping the salt tank, wish us luck...

Tips on how to replace substrate? Posted: 26 Jun 2020 10:17 PM PDT Put bright white sand into a tank with red cherries. Of course, after having them for a couple of days, some have begun to better blend in with their light surroundings. However, I have no idea how to go about this since the tank is so young (a month, it cycled rather quickly and I did wait for algae and biofilm to appear) and the shrimp aren't fully settled yet. I do plan on waiting for the health of the shrimp, but how long should I wait? And how would I go about it? [link] [comments] | ||
