Crayfish Crayfish poop?

I have 2 Mexican Dwarfs and I have never seen their poop in the tank. Is it just really small or not in solid form? Maybe I am confusing it for something else if I have seen it. What does crayfish poop look like?

There is only a crayfish in my ten gallon tank. Should I turn on my air pump all day? I mean, it's too noisy..... there is only 1 in my tank, so do I really have to turn on my air pump? Thanks for helping me.

all three of my crawfish died, one escaped and got mowed over with a lawn mower by my dad, one drowned, and the other one went into shock, then got eaten by a raccoon...
