Posted: 27 Jun 2020 07:29 AM PDT Hi all, not asking for best filter as I have learnt from research it's very much opinion! But, I am in the process of setting up a tank and I am struggling to make a decision! I was looking at hang on back filters as some said this offers the greatest flexibility and yields best results with 3 types of filtration. Only one I found of much cope through some online searches was the 'Fluval C series'. However, many many reviews saying it is somewhat noisy! The tank will be in my bedroom, while I don't mind some noisy as I have a smaller aquarium in here already that makes a slight noise, the videos I have seen of the C series are very loud! If anyone could give my some advice I'd be very great-full 😊 [link] [comments]

Posted: 26 Jun 2020 09:35 PM PDT So any 5 mins ago my 1 yr old axolotl fuckn jumped out of his aquarium onto my carpeted floor, it was about a 4ft drop and I was lucky I was in the room and saw him about to jump so he was only out for about 2-3 secs max. From what I can see, he looks alright but I was wondering if the fall could have done anything harmful. [link] [comments]
