My first Jarrarium! Will the glass stay foggy on top?

Update on the ecosphere in a bottle - The snails seem to be breeding, and today I noticed these worms in the sediment of the bottle. They are 1-2mm diameter, and over a centimetre long. They are only active at night. To me they look like tube worms, but NZ does not have any. Any ideas re their ID?

Looks to be either a tiny dragonfly or a beetle larvae. About 1/4” long.

Help for a shrimpy jarrarium!

Posted: 19 Apr 2020 03:49 PM PDT

Hey! I've been getting into jararriums and was wondering from some smart educated people's what is necessary to give shrimp high QOL and what I should focus on when prepping the jar/bottle and if happy shrimp in a rehabbed wine bottle is even realistic! Thanks ahead of time and don't be toxic I'm asking cuz I want to have happy pets :)
