What is this on my mystery snail? It's not the air siphon.
Infertile egg clutch? (More info in comments.)
So one of my snails was laying eggs and the other one decided hey lets go for a ride and kinda pulled them off the glass as they were laying. Is there any way to save the eggs? Will the one laying them be ok?
What kind of snails are these? Bladder snails?

Can a mystery snail be traumatized?

I have one mystery snail in my tank. He/she decided to climb out of the tank. I don't know how long he was laying upside down outside the tank. I don't remember seeing him for about a day and half before I found him behind the tank. I know he is alive because he moves from one area to another. But then he sits there with his shell mostly closed for about 95% of the day. He has been doing this for four days now. He isn't fuzzy/slimy anymore, like he was the first night after I found him. He just seems scared?? Has anyone else had an experience like this?
