I need help...

My axolotl moana has recently become inactive, she doesn't move as much as she used to, before I thought she was constipated because of a worm ( cut up) I fed her, I looked up how I could help her and I read I could put her in the fridge and it would help her, but I recently noticed she stays towards the bottom of the tank and she only uses her front legs to move around, I looked all over the internet and I can't figure out whats wrong, I just need help I don't want to make things worse for her but I don't know what to do please help

I have loved axolotls for 3 years and got one 2 months ago and have gotten a bit worried on how she has acted recently. I have seen a post on here with things I am having with mine but I'll get to that after my main problems, she's been finding it hard to stay on the bottom and is uncontrollably floating and today (as of posting) I noticed she has a cut in her slime on her head. As for the post I saw, it said there axolotl has not been active, staying on the bottom (which mine was doing until recently when she started floating uncontrollably) and using only front legs for moving, which mine has been doing all of. The post I mentioned belongs to u/AccomplishedSpray8
