- My GSP infested college Reef tank
- Sunday Funday
- My little tank is simple but makes me happy!
- After spending weeks on opposite sides of the tank, my goby and pistol shrimp finally found each other!
- Sometimes we miss the smaller beautiful creatures.
- Smallest tank acceptable for a BTA? I’ve heard countless opinions and just want some reefers suggestions on this. If the only coral/invert is an anemone and some mushrooms how small could you go?
- Mia Wallace from the top
- Snail says hi
- My newest pickup
- My first Indo Corals!
- Neighbor was getting out of the hobby, I swiped what I could. Could use some ID's![ID]
- Did I find the Anemone equivalent of a four leaf clover?
- Got this little guy for 70$, good deal? I think it’s a croc island scoly.
- Brittle Star in Frogspawn Polyp (details in comments)
- Not exactly a show stopper, but I'm liking how this Leptastrea is settling into my tank
- Getting a stars and stripes puffer tomorrow! Looking for tips
- my fire clown clown appears to have ich she is still active and eating but what should I do? (No other fish just some crabs and a conch)
- New BTA is moving in and dangerously close to lobo and montipora. Anything I should be worried about or will they set their own boundaries?
- Is two 1650gph circulation pumps too much for a 425xl?
- A weird spot showed up on my Frogspawn. Thoughts?
- Euphylia from an angle.
- Looks like he likes the footholds I made him!
- Strong enough to hold a 90 gallon you think?
- Bought an Indo torch that won’t open...

Getting a stars and stripes puffer tomorrow! Looking for tips Posted: 02 Feb 2020 08:15 PM PST Ive read a ton of them. Ive been reef keeping for like 3 years now and ive decided i want to go another direction. Redoing my entire tank, i think im ready. The change to fowlr. I do have a few questions that im having trouble finding elsewhere. Like do i need to maintain the same mineral levels? How much light is needed? Do i need my big reef lights still? Or just simply enough to light the tank? Im seeing mixed reviews on alot of this and want to hear from people with fowlrs [link] [comments]

Is two 1650gph circulation pumps too much for a 425xl? Posted: 02 Feb 2020 05:18 PM PST I have recently upgraded and am trying to figure out whether or not I have too high of flow in the tank. I turned off the pumps to reposition and all of my fish and shrimp seemed to come out almost immediately after I turned the pumps off. It was like they were waiting for this day all their lives!! They are currently pointed at one another on opposite sides of the tank. Unfortunately I can't adjust their speed and they're always full blast. Is this too much flow? [link] [comments]

Bought an Indo torch that won’t open... Posted: 02 Feb 2020 06:04 PM PST Bought a new Indo torch. We dipped it in Coral RX last night and 3-4 nudibranchs came out. It's been 24 hours and looks plump and colorful but hasn't fully opened. Just wondering how long the recovery time is or what other steps we should take. TIA! [link] [comments] |
