Can I reuse my carpeted Monte Carlo? Posted: 31 Dec 2019 06:39 PM PST I want to tear down my 5 gal tank and switch it out for a 10 gal. I have a Betta in with my cherry shrimp colony and they do great together, but I would like them to have more room and places to hide the wee babes from their Betta overlord. Also, the Betta would love more swimming space! I have carpeted Monte Carlo in the 5 gal.... can I carefully roll/ pull it up, break it back up into small sections and replant it in the new 10 gal? Any advice is welcomed! [link] [comments]

First planted tank, dirt/PFS or just sand and root tabs? Posted: 31 Dec 2019 09:57 PM PST Setting up my first planted tank in a 29g, low tech. I have organic soil and pool filter sand. Should I try dirted with a sand cap, or just sand and root tabs? [link] [comments]
