My fish has started to develop little dark spots on his fins. Should I be concerned?
My beautiful little Ferdinand, (full name is Sir Ferdinand the Fintastic) This was the day I bought him from a local smallish pet shop.
My ladybug got a tank makeover! Y’all plants died so I got new ones that will grow back up. In the meantime I also gave him a leaf hammock so he could stay near the surface. New heater is keeping the water nice and warm, he seems much happier now than a few days ago!
I wanted to take an 1-week-update of Squidward to show somz blue colors developping on him but, he is a very fast boye...

First time euthanizing

Sad day over here. Laurence will be put to sleep tonight as his tumor has progressed and he is clearly suffering. I only had him for 9 months and was looking forward to at least a solid 2 years together. I am glad I was able to get him out of The Cup for those 9 months. He was super chill, barely flared, and had the energy of a pet dog imo.

I shall miss him but I will be thoroughly cleaning his tank this week and keep it maintained to have it ready for whoever I rescue next. I never did get the API Master kit and that is going to be my first purchase before adding a new friend to the environment.

Love this sub!
