Help identifying coral received by a buddy

I just received this guy the other day from a buddy and he did not remember the name of this coral. It sorta looks like a clam because the base reacts to movement and light but it has what looks like zoas growing on top of it. Really interesting coral!

I really love CaribSea’s Life Rock. I want a bunch for my new tank but hate the idea of ordering random pieces online. Does anyone know of a store with lots of these rocks where I can pick out specific pieces for my tank?

I'm currently running a filter floss on top, followed by a bag of chemi pure blue nano, and lastly a bag of phosguard. Would this suffice or would you recommend using anything else?

Dead Anemone

Hi guys, my orange tip anemone died while I was on Vacation. My dad was taking care of my tank while I was gone but I came home to Cloudy water that smelled terrible! My anemone died and now my water is super cloudy and full of it's guts. I did a water change and netted out as much as I could. Does anybody have any other tips on how to clean up what's left of my poor anemone?
