Micro Aquatics Progress update! How am I doing?

Progress update! How am I doing?

I am having a real problem with whatever this algea is... Can anyone tell me what is causing it? I have healthy water readings, change the water weekly, and scrub the tank and heater/filter. Bought 4 amano shrimp to help clean!
