What is the bubbling circle at the bottom of this tank?
Look at her, my little Peggy. I’m just still wandering, why are her gills so small? Does anybody know?
Here’s my temporary axolotl setup. I still plan on adding more plants to the mix, but they seem to really love the tank so far.

Recently having a problem with him slime coat but I’ve been doing 100% water changes everyday and i came home to him kinda laying on his side with his foot in the air. Also the fluffy stuff on the bottom of the container isn’t there after I change the water. I have no idea what this could be rn.

Filters for my new axolotl

So I am about to invest in my own axolotl! I am looking for a good filter for them that has a low flow but can filter out everything. I've heard of people buying two, do I need two? Also what would be a good water conditioner for them? Before going into this I want to know everything and hear people's opinions and their favorite items. Thank you!

Does anyone have any recommendations for Aquarium fans? Been doing some research online and it looks like fans can do a really good job at getting water temperature down.
