| Ramshorn snail population on the brink of exploding... What to do? Posted: 03 Jun 2019 01:58 PM PDT So as the title says, my ramshorn population is about to explode. A friend gave me one tiny snail about a month ago and I didn't see any eggs or anything and assumed I was safe. Then the other day I saw two tiny snails, then it was four -- no, six new snails... So far. What can I do, short of culling every baby snail, to control the population? I don't want 30 snails in a month and I don't want 30 snails' worth of doodoo in the jar, and I DEFINITELY don't want to do twice-weekly water changes -.- Any tips? Anyone in WA want snails??
