Aquatic Snails Nerites keep escaping.

Nerites keep escaping.
My snail got out of the aquarium and broke her shell, there are little cracks too and it really looks fragile. How can i help her, what should i do?

Is my snail okay? His shell has been changing to a lighter color from the front to the back over the past few days. Maybe he doesn’t have enough calcium? He’s still super active and eating.

Recently picked up some nerite snails for one of my tanks. However, ive been having an issue with them climbing the glass and staying out of the water. Im wondering if this is normal behavior or if there may be something wrong with my water that i can check for when i get home.

I have some mystery snails recently added and they're up and running. I don't trust how much algae I have and want to give them an algae wafer (I have a zucccini as well) but am not sure how to feed. Should I just put it in and they'll find it, or should I move them to it so they know it's there? Appreciate the help!
