- [FTS] 10 Month Update. Loving The Growth, Hating The Algae
- Anubias is a slow grower they said!
- My First Tank
- Red roots flowering.
- Lilly is looking damn good
- Water lettuce in my stock pond after a nice morning rain.
- Some plants came in, picked out the right hardscape for my new little pico (3gal) at a local LFS. Tank / substrate etc all arrive tomorrow. Can’t wait to set this new little guy up!
- My new Rotala Florida showing me some love by pearling
- Planted Tank 3 Week old. Added more plants.
- I just made the transition to fully planted. I know it’s not perfect, but I know my fish are much happier with real plants
- This is my most prize possession and I’ve finally added some occupants. So happy with how it turned out!
- Love the colours and contrast of a rimless top down view. Growing so fast now I'm having to trim weekly. 30g long, 8hrs lighting & Co2, 1 squirt Tropica Specialised Nutrition and 5ml of KH2PO4, daily. 20% RODI water change every second day.
- My planted tank after one month setting up.
- 5 Weeks in my Monte Carlo DSM. Stocking ideas?
- What the heck does FTS mean?
- Do the Marimo Moss Balls from Petsmart do okay?
- I've been working really hard on my tank
- Anyone know what this long stemmed plant is in the background?
- The forest.
- Need advice about soil
- Best light for a 90 gallon 24" deep tank? Details in comments
- Posted 2 days ago about my new Amazon sword and already new growth!
- What’s wrong with my plants?
- The IKEA Ivar is the ugly, cheaper stand for a 20 long.
- Remember me? Seven months in progress.

| Posted: 10 May 2019 01:15 AM PDT Hello, i recently acquired a 200gallon Wromak bowed front and are in the process of planning the setup. I am thinking about using a kind of soil that is capped with sand. Was at the fishstore yesterday and talked with an employee there, he recommended me Exo Terra Coco Husk and supplement it with JBL The 7 + 13 Balls fertilizer balls. I would use a mosquito net on top of the soilmix and then cap it with sand. Does this sound like a feasible solution? Or do you have other recommendations? Looking at floodlights in my area (Norway) as the lightfixture was rusted and broken. [link] [comments] | ||
