Bird deterrent needed!

Hi my fishy friends, the home we purchased about 4 years ago has a beautiful koi pond that was once a swimming pool back in the 60's we live in a beautiful area, but the ospreys and eagles have been snacking on our baby koi. We have 3 dogs, 2 of which will bark and sometimes chase the birds. But I need more of a deterrent, as soon as I walk in the house I see the osprey fly right back down, he waits for me to leave before taking a snack. Our larger koi are unmolested and they seem to be eating the 3-5 inchers. At times there are a few hundred fry of 1-2 inches out there, but I would like to see some make it to maturity.

I tried some fake owl decoys and a dragon statue so far, I did not expect the dragon statue to work, but she looks cool. Has anyone tried out the motion detector sprinklers before? Some of them have audible alarms as well.

Any other suggestions? Besides cats, I am pretty allergic. Thanks!
