| Question. Will koi grow in a pond after being kept in an aquarium they have outgrown for years? Posted: 22 May 2019 02:19 AM PDT Have koi that are around 10 yrs old and about 15"/38cm in a long 80gal tank. Planning a transfer to pond finally. Will they grow with "the right conditions" or are they stunted to grow slow or are they just plain done with growing at this point in their life.
