Crawfish in my yard? Posted: 05 Apr 2019 06:35 AM PDT Not sure if this is the right place to ask but I'm so confused!!! This morning a crawfish just APPEARED in my back yard. I don't have a river, creek, pond, or any body of water near me. It would be a few miles away to get to the nearest river. He kind of seemed a bit hurt and wouldn't uncurl his little tail, but I put him in a little tupperware container of water in my panic until I can get home from class. Not sure if that was the right thing to do but it's all I could think of to keep him feeling ok. How did the little dude get there?
