I named him Cosmo.
Decided to name my shimmery girl Dove. She still has swim bladder but I’m workin in it.
Meet Noodle, my Dragonscale betta!
I now call Sad Boi Copper: Shimmer Boi Copper. He’s finally starting to show that metallic sheen that most coppers have.
Renamed to Bowie (Jareth doesn’t roll off the tongue).. Huge color changes in the last week. Almost 3 months in the making. I’m loving the weird blue/black/red he has going on.

Need help diagnosing some tears on Tunechi’s fins. finrot, finmelt, or something else?

I am setting up a blackwater tank for a betta. Is this too many tannins? It will be more lit up than that but I wasn’t sure if it’s possible to have too many tannins to the point of it being an unhealthy environment.
Update after he jumped out: he's doing better today. Split some fins and his gill is a little messed up but we are eating again!

Hello again! So I had 2 posts last week about my fish because I am a new Betta mom and needed some assistance. I just want to thank all the people who helped me out! I did as suggested and my little JD is swimming and having fun again! Fin rot is no longer an issue and he isn't just sitting in a corner all day anymore! I just wanted to thank you guys as I appreciated all the help I got!
