What Is this Thing?

Hello all. Below I have attached an image of a stream Jarrarium that I put together two days ago that I had some questions about. I have already noticed many fairly large snails, some worms, aquatic isopods, glass shrimp, and other species so it is very diverse already. Today I noticed this leech like thing which I am assuming is pregnant though I have heard from some that leeches can screw things up? Not sure if this is a leech or if what I heard is true, but I was just curious to hear other opinions. It seems like something like this could over populate and disrupt the other lesser species? Any info helps!
