Do Sonnys fins look ok? Parameters are 0 ammonia, nitrite and nitrate. Water temp is 79F. Weekly 30% water changes. I feel like the top fins look line they are rotting. Hes only 4 months old.

Emergency!

So my 5 gallon cracked, lost half the water, this sounds crazy but right now I have duct tape on it. I ran out and grabbed another tank (10 gallon) and came back to switch it over, what's the best way to not kill my betta and 5 shrimp? I'm using the substrate and decorations from the old one, they have different filters but I'm sure I can find a way to stuff the old media in there, will that be enough to have it already cycled? Thank you for any and all help!!!
