I can't seem to find blackworms anywhere online that doesn't have 40 bucks in shipping, I'd love to buy some so I can start a culture for my axolotls. I'm in Florida if that helps

I want to to get an axolotl I'm aware that I would need to keep them in a 20gallon but as a juvenile how long would I be able to keep it in a 10 gallon if possible. Just curious.

Need all the advice on raising little eggs.. looked in our tank today. Must've totally missed the huge sloosh of eggs our female laid on one of our plants. We removed the plant and is in the same water the tank was in. Everything is separated, I just need to know exactly what and how to feed the newborns, hatching times, temps, etc. We have our babies housed together, they have been for years. This is only the second time she's laid eggs, the first all our babies unfortunately passed. Our female is a wild type and our male Is leucistic.

I read somewhere they prefer being by themselves but ive seen lots of pairs here. Just curious as i want to get an axolotl one day but i dont want it to be lonely if theyre social!
