Light recommendation for 24'' long 12'' high nano

Hi guys, I'm looking for a light for soft/lps corals. hopefully nothing that will break the budget but maybe around $100-150?
Im based in Europe so its not as easy to get good lights as in the US.
The tank I have is a 24''x12''x12'' ~15g tank.

I've had an explosion of Cyanobacteria and bought chemiclean to help and it says to remove all carbon filtration so I was wondering if bio balls have carbon in them?

hi! new betta owner here, so thought i’d join to get some information and opinions. I saw this poor betta for sale on facebook and i felt horrible. Having hope i could give him a better home i took him in. I’ve never owned a fish but so far i’m so in love with him. I posted some pics & info below!

Introducing Lumey and his first bubble nest!! Don’t mind the tank, this is his temporary home while I finish cycling his real home. I’ve been adding stability everyday in the meantime. Only been 5 days since I got him and he’s a very happy boy!

Vivaldi is adjusting to his home!! It’s a bit rushed, and I used as much water and supplies as I could from my cycled tank….there’s also a few oops snails in there, but I’ll fix it up nicer as soon as I can get to the LFS!!
